These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from McQueen Jewelry Inc. and www.McQueenJewelry.com, and constitute an agreement between you and McQueen Jewelry and www.McQueenJewelry.com. McQueen Jewelry Inc. and www.McQueenJewelry.com reserve the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on www.McQueenJewelry.com. Your continued use of the www.McQueenJewelry.com following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

Product Information, Availability, and Pricing
All information on jewelry, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on www.McQueenJewelry.com due to system malfunctions or typing errors. We make conscious efforts to avoid these errors yet they may appear on www.McQueenJewelry.com. We reserve the right to correct any errors when they do appear. Any purchases made on items that were listed, described or priced incorrectly will be canceled and will not be processed.
If an item is listed on www.McQueenJewelry.com below it’s correct price, you will be notified via email of the change and the order will be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. McQueen Jewelry Inc. prices are also subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final. Images on www.McQueenJewelry.com may appear larger or smaller than the purchased item’s actual size. Every photo shown on www.McQueenJewelry.com is a stock photo. The final purchased item may not be the item shown on www.McQueenJewelry.com due to specified clarity, cut, color and carat weight of the diamond chosen by the buyer in the purchasing process. McQueen Jewelry Inc. provides a diamond education link on the top of the website to help buyer’s understand their purchases and the variations of diamonds. Color and size of the images may vary due to computer screens and the owner’s screen settings. Following industry standards and FTC regulations, McQueen Jewelry and www.McQueenJewelry.com states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. McQueen Jewelry Inc. provides the measurement of all items based on manufacturing qualifications. Slight variations may occur based on the manufacturing process and finishing. All purchased jewelry items will arrive in a standard jewelry box to protect the item(s).
Diamond Certificates
Every item is accompanied with an appraisal evaluated by an experienced master gemologist to Gemological Research Laboratory of America diamond grading standards. Each appraisal contains a detailed description and the replacement value of the item.
Comparison Purchasing
We do not accept comparison purchasing. The definition of comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple items with the intent of only keeping one item that you prefer and return the remainder. Comparison purchasing causes issues with inventory and restocking. Comparison purchasing will result in a 25% restocking fee for each item’s original sale price.
Shipping Policy- Domestic, International, and APO/ FPO
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours of confirmed payment. Orders received after 1pm PST will be processed the next business day. If a purchased item is not in stock, the buyer will be notified via email. At McQueen Jewelry, we follow a careful address verification procedure to ensure your security and to minimize the risk of fraud when shopping for diamonds and jewelry online. This process allows us to verify that each purchase is legitimate, helping to prevent illicit use of your credit card and to thwart cases of identity theft. When processing online orders, we're not able to check a driver's license or other physical form of ID, which creates a need for an alternate method of verification. For every order you place with McQueen Jewelry, we correspond with the financial institution who issued your credit or debit card to ensure that you are the card holder, that the card is valid and has not been reported lost or stolen, and that the billing address on the order matches the one on your card account.
International Shipments
In addition to the information above, international shipments (including Canada and Mexico) must select the international shipping rate during the checkout process. Any international shipments that do not select the international shipping rate will be canceled. Delivery of the purchased items may be delayed due to international customs processing. Neither McQueen Jewelry Inc. nor it's international shipping carrier are liable for any lost or stolen packages once the item is in a foreign country's customs possession. McQueen Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for any incurred customs duty fees (taxes).
APO/FPO Shipments
APO / FPO addresses are exempt from the international shipping cost. APO/FPO purchases may select one of the three domestic shipping options. McQueen Jewelry Inc. depends on the military postal service to deliver the package to you. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date outside of the provided UPS/USPS tracking information once the item arrives on the military base; McQueen Jewelry Inc. is not liable for any lost or damaged packages once the military postal service takes possession of the package.
