Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours of confirmed payment. Orders received after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled. If a purchased item is not in stock, the buyer will be notified via email or direct phone call. Items will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase. Our free shipping promotion applies to domestic orders only; any international orders using the free shipping option at checkout will be automatically canceled.
To protect the security of your shipment, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the carrier. To ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an automated e-mail message will be sent notifying you that your order has been shipped with the carrier’s tracking number.
In addition to the information above, international shipments (including Canada and Mexico) must select the international shipping rate during the checkout process. Any international orders that do not select the international shipping rate will be canceled. Delivery of the purchased items may be delayed due to international customs processing. Neither McQueen Jewelry Corporation nor its international shipping carrier are liable for any lost or stolen packages once the item is in the possession of a foreign country's customs office. McQueen Jewelry Corporation is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed the customs office of the destination country.
APO/ FPO Shipments
APO / FPO addresses are exempt from the international shipping cost. APO/FPO purchases may select one of the three domestic shipping options. McQueen Jewelry Corporation depends on the military postal service to deliver the package to the recipient. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date outside of the provided UPS/USPS tracking information once the item arrives on the military base; McQueen Jewelry Corporation is not liable for any lost or damaged packages once the military postal service takes possession of the package. If your APO/FPO address requires specific delivery instructions, we appreciate the details to be emailed to customerservice@McQueenJewelry.com with your purchase confirmation number provided on your invoice.
