30 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or issue you a refund within 30 days. McQueen Jewelry also offers a lifetime exchange policy- you may exchange/upgrade any item purchased from McQueen Jewelry at any time, as long as you own your jewelry.

• All items shipped back within 7 days of delivery will receive a FULL REFUND.
  
• Items mailed back past 7 days of delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Items are not eligible for return past 30 days, exchange only.
• There is no restocking fee applied to items being exchanged.
• Return policy time frame begins when the item is delivered.

To return an item, follow these 5 easy steps.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN AUTHORIZATION CODE

2. Place the item(s) and all of the original materials into a shipping box with (include invoice with authorization code).

4. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for the original purchasing cost. UPS and FedEx will not insure goods over $500.00; we recommend shipping any item valued over $500.00 via Priority Registered Mail. For security reasons, do not write jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box. McQueen Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.

Important Things to Know About Your Return

• To expedite your return, follow the return process exactly.
• Returns that do not follow the return process will be refused.
• The package must be postmarked within the return policy time frame.
• Returns with no authorization code will be refused upon delivery.
• Refunds are processed in 1-4 business days from delivery.
• Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, re-sized, or damaged in any way cannot be returned.
• Special order items may not be returned.
• Shipping and handling rates are non-refundable and will not be credited in the refund.
• Returned orders processed with free shipping (USPS) will have the shipping charges incurred by McQueen Jewelry deducted from the final refund amount.
  
• If a return is sent without the original provided jewelry box or if the original jewelry box is damaged, a $10 penalty will be deducted from the final refund credit.
• If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for a $35.00 replacement cost.
• McQueen Jewelry does not provide return shipping boxes or materials nor pay for return shipping costs.
• McQueen Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
