Q: Are your diamonds certified?
A: Diamond certification is a very important factor when considering purchasing a diamond online. That is why McQueen Jewelry offers a certificate with every purchase issued by an independent gemological laboratory. We only source reputable laboratories who are experienced in jewelry appraising and have established themselves as a valuable resource in the industry. We can even fax the certificate to your insurance company on your behalf so that your purchase will be insured at the time you receive your item.
Q: How are your prices lower than other websites and local jewelry stores?
A: By purchasing diamonds in large quantities and manufacturing all our jewelry in-house, McQueen Jewelry is able to be very competitive in pricing without sacrificing the quality of our products or our service. We do not work with any diamond distributors or importers- we work directly with reputable mine owners, diamond cutters, and diamond suppliers overseas and pass the savings to our clients. Q: I can’t find the diamond I want on your website?

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Q: Do you sell Conflict-Diamonds or "Blood Diamonds"?
A: All diamonds offered on www.McQueenJewelry.com have been purchased from legitimate sources that are not involved in funding conflict diamonds and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. For more information, please see our 100% Conflict-Free Diamonds Policy.
Q: Do you make custom jewelry?
A: Our special design team can make your jewelry dreams come true. To request a quote, please send an email to customerservice@McQueenJewelry.com and describe in depth what you are looking for. If available, include a picture or a link to a picture as well.
Q: Is the metal in your jewelry plated or solid?
A: McQueen Jewelry only sells jewelry casted in solid 14K gold, 18K gold, or 950 platinum- we do not carry any gold/platinum plated products in our collection.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: The average processing time for in-stock items is 2 business days. If an item is not available, or is on backorder you will be notified via email. Shipping time varies from 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier you choose (international shipping times vary) at checkout. Orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail may take up to 7 business days to deliver depending on which part of the country you are in. Q: Am I liable for my jewelry while it is being shipped?
A: We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, the shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, a note will be left for you to schedule a second delivery. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.
Q: Do I have to be present for delivery?
A: For your security, all of our packages require an adult signature at the time of delivery. If the recipient is not available to sign for the package a note will be left by the carrier and another delivery attempt will be made the next business day. Q: Can you deliver on Saturdays?
A: We may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on a Saturday. UPS & FedEx Saturday Service covers the majority of US cities. If Saturday service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up the package at the UPS/ FedEx center nearest you.
Q: Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?
A: For security reasons we can only ship orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address. If you would like a purchase sent to a different address from the billing address, please contact our office and speak to a customer care representative about scheduling a bank wire payment.
Q: Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
A: McQueen Jewelry has been helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry for over 25 years, and now we are making it easier than ever for our international customers. Through our international sales team, we provide great customer service in helping international customers get the jewelry that will meet all their needs. Q: Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
A: Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or refund. McQueen Jewelry also offers lifetime exchanges- you may exchange/upgrade any item purchased from McQueen Jewelry at any time, as long as you own your jewelry. Q: I made a mistake when I placed my order?
A: Please contact us via email or by phone as soon as possible. In most cases, we will be able to make the necessary corrections you're requesting. However if the order has been shipped already, you will have to wait until you receive the package and complete a return or exchange.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Because your purchase goes into production to be set the moment it is received, we process your payment the moment you confirm the order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, the payment will not be taken. Please note that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some credit card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily (up to 72 hours).
Q: Do you charge any sales tax?
A: We only charge sales tax for orders being shipped to a California address; all other states are exempt and not charged tax. International orders are subject to any duties or taxes of the destination country.
Q: Can I upgrade my diamond in the future?
A: McQueen Jewelry is proud to offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy allowing you to exchange any item as long as you own your jewelry. For more information, please see our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Q: I ordered the wrong finger size, can I have it resized?
A: McQueen Jewelry offers free finger sizing as long as you own your jewelry. We strongly recommend sending the ring back to our office for resizing- if you have it sized elsewhere, we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to the ring.
