McQueen Jewelry does NOT sell any diamonds or diamond jewelry that have been treated or enhanced in any way; every diamond offered on McQueenJewelry.com is 100% natural.

Each item is evaluated and shipped with a signed certificate issued by a independent master gemologist. We only source reputable laboratories who are experienced in jewelry appraising and have established themselves as a valuable resource to the industry. We can even fax the certificate to your insurance company on your behalf so that your purchase will be insured at the time you receive your item.

We manufacture all our jewelry in-house and our diamonds come straight from the source. In order to offer our clients the best prices, we do not work with any diamond distributors or importers- we work directly with reputable mine owners, diamond cutters, and diamond suppliers overseas and pass the savings to our clients. We are confident that no diamond or jewelry retailer can compete with our low prices and quality.

We only charge sales tax for orders being shipped to a California address; all other states are exempt and not charged tax. International orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country.

It usually takes 1-3 business days to process an order before it ships. Shipping time varies from 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier you choose (international shipping times vary) at checkout. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail may take up to 5 business days to deliver depending on which part of the country you are in. Orders shipping to military addresses may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, the shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, a note will be left for you to schedule a second delivery.

You can send your ring to us for free resizing up to one year from the date of delivery. We strongly recommend sending the ring back to us for resizing; if you have it sized elsewhere, we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to the ring.

Your order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition- we will not accept returns that show signs of wear. For complete details on returning an item, please see our Return Policy.

We sell 14K and 18K solid gold, we do NOT carry gold plated products.

All diamonds offered on McQueenJewelry.com have been purchased from legitimate sources that are not involved in funding conflict diamonds and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.

We do ship to international addresses; please select one of the three international shipping options at checkout. Select items, and orders totaling over $500.00 USD require a bank transfer for payment.
