I bought a set of diamond earrings (1.50 carat total weight) sight unseen via the internet. HANDS DOWN THE place to go for Quality Diamonds at affordable Prices
Did a lot of online research and like many others came to the conclusion that McQueen offers the best quality at the most affordable prices. A Skeptic No More
I was really skeptical buying something that looked too good to be true. I have to say I am absolutely speechless. My ring arrived today and it is beyond words beautiful. I read negative things about SI3 clarity diamonds such as there is a hazy effect or that it is not so sparkly. Don't believe it for a minute. I have never written a testimonial but I am so excited and happy I had to share. It takes A LOT to impress me. Sparkles like crazy
WOW is all I have to say!!! I received my package a day early, yesterday. I waited allll day long to open it because my boyfriend was at work. This was very difficult for me to do....wait- he got home and opened the box. I admit that I was initially skeptical about getting a diamond online, but I have been so happy with my decision. Still amazing        
My ring is still beautiful, it has been over 6 months and still looks brand new. I am a server so i am very rough on this ring constantly banging it on dishes, trays, tables, and chairs. My hands are always in water and other cleaning solutions, and I'm always getting food stuck in it. Love at first sparkle!    
Where to begin? For so long now I can remember wanting to have my very own beautiful, sparkly, decent sized set of WOWZA! diamond stud earrings. Though there have been times I was tempted to give in and get a lesser quality, smaller pair just to have them, I resisted the temptation because I believe if you're going to do something right, you'd better do it right the first time! As the years passed, along came McQueen Jewelry. The more I researched, the more I fell in love with this company. And yet, again for a few years, I hesitated with purchasing. Then there it was, the deal of a lifetime with 1.75 ct total weight diamond martini stud earrings, ready for immediate shipment, and I took the plunge. My expectations were beyond exceeded. Shipping was handled exactly as they promised and arrived 2 days from the shipment date. The beautiful black jewelry box displayed a pair of one of the most beautiful sets I've ever seen! I've browsed dozens of jewelry shops, even worked at a jewelry counter, and even in the dim light of just after sundown, they were gorgeous. I adore that the earrings sit so close to my ear, as my hair is long enough to get caught easily and thus far, no problems whatsoever which is a miracle for me! My diamond ring arrived today and I can't even begin to tell you how absolutely STUNNING I think it is! I ordered a 0.90 ct. Worth the wait.

I have to say I was very pleased with the customer service I received while ordering a ring for my son. Amazing service. Great Deal.
Let me first start off by saying that my fiance and I are skeptics. We were both very reluctant to order such an expensive item, such as our engagement ring, off the internet. I remember the first time we contacted McQueen Jewelry on the phone and spoke to Yosi. I asked him all kinds of questions......"How many people work for you?" "Who do you supply to?" "How can you afford to have such low prices?" I also looked up McQueen Jewelry on the Better Business Bureau to make sure they didn't have any customer complaints. I dind't find anything. Furthermore, I emailed one of the women that submitted a testimonial to see if what she said was true. She emailed me back encouraging me to order and convincing me that it is all true. We were drawn to McQueen Jewelry because of the selection and prices. There is no way I would have found as many unique rings locally as I found on McQueen Jewelry's homepage. When we received our ring, I was stunned. It was gorgeous. We ordered a platinum band with a center princess cut stone. Justin contacted us just before we received it and told us that he upgraded the center stone to a certified diamond because he was out of the stone that typically sets with the band. We had it appraised immediately and found that we paid $2400 less than it would retail for. However, we were  disappointed to find out that the center stone was loose. I contacted Yosi and we sent it back immediately. He ended up recasting the head, and polishing it to perfection. He did all this without hesitation and determined to make me happy. I was so excited to get it back. It was just as beautiful as the first time. I was very satisfied with Yosi's service and knowledge. He was very sensitive to our concerns--encouraging us to take the recasted ring back to our appraiser to make sure we were completely satisfied. Yosi kept telling me that he was definitely going to get it right the second time so I wouldn't have to part from it again. I get so many compliments daily about my ring. Everyone stares at it in awe of the setting, clarity, and beauty of it. It is the ring of my dreams. I feel like I am wearing a secret--a beautiful ring that we got at a great price! Even the retailers couldn't believe that I purchased my ring for the price we did.....they were stunned. We are also going to purchase our wedding bands from McQueen Jewelry. Yosi is going to specially design mine to match my engagement ring. I would recommend everyone to McQueen Jewelry. There is absolutely no reason why people are purchasing jewelry from retailers when you can find a better selection, service, and quality at McQueen Jewelry.

While on vacation
This is a wonderful company and friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to pick up the ring while on vacation in sunny Southern California. We’ve looked at the ring online for months and even though it is a somewhat common design, there was no one that could match the price that McQueen Jewelry had. Comparing apples to apples or in this case carats to carats (not the vegetable) they were several hundred dollars less than any physical or online store. We ordered it online several weeks before vacation and set up a time to pick up the ring. The manager met us at the store and as soon as we opened the box, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the ring was in person. My significant other went bananas over it and I couldn’t get the grin off her face the rest of our vacation. I’ve seen similar designs with diamonds around the center stone in all the bridal magazines so I had my heart set on this design. Unfortunately, reality hit when I went ring shopping at my local jewelry store and couldn’t imagine how expensive it was.
