Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or refund. McQueen Jewelry also offers lifetime exchanges- you may exchange/upgrade any item purchased from McQueen Jewelry at any time, as long as you own your jewelry.

- Returns postmarked within seven calendar days of delivery will receive a full refund.
- Returns postmarked past seven calendar days of delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- There is no restocking fee applied to items being exchanged.
- The return policy time frame begins when the item is delivered.

To Return An Item, Follow These 3 Easy Steps

1. Call 1-800-395-5542 and press 4 to request a return authorization code.

2. Ship your return to:

3. After shipping the item back, email returns@McQueenJewelry.com with your return authorization code (RMA number) in the subject line and provide the return package tracking number in the body of the email.

Packaging Your Return
Pack your item(s) and invoice securely to guard against theft. If possible, double-box your return (place smaller box or padded envelope within a larger box and pack to restrict movement of smaller box) and seal all seams or flaps on the outer box with tape. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, appraisal and/or gift items and those items are not returned, you may be liable for replacement fees up to $50.00. For security reasons, do not write any words on the box that refers to diamonds, jewelry or anything related to jewelry.

Shipping & Insuring Your Return
Check your invoice, if the price of the item you're sending back is listed as:

- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request tracking with signature confirmation that your shipment has reached McQueen Jewelry.

- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request tracking with signature confirmation that your shipment has reached McQueen Jewelry. (FedEx and UPS will not insure jewelry over $500.00)

- More than $25,000: For security reasons, high value returns require special arrangements. Please contact our office at (213) 545-1055 to receive special assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

Our Return Process
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed shortly. Our quality assurance department will need to review the returned item(s) before processing any requests. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than McQueen Jewelry), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items, may not be returned. Refunds are typically processed within 1-4 business days from delivery.

Important Things to Know About Our Return Policy
- Special order items are not eligible for return/refund.
- Gold/ Platinum wedding bands are not eligible for return/refund.
- All items are not eligible for return/refund 30 calendar days after delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates are non-refundable and will not be credited in the refund.
- McQueen Jewelry does not provide return shipping boxes or materials nor pay for return shipping costs.
- McQueen Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Returns without a RMA code, and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon delivery.
- If a return is sent without the original provided jewelry box or if the original jewelry box is damaged, a $20.00 penalty will be deducted from the final credit amount.
