All of our diamonds are evaluated and certified by independent gemological laboratories. Each item is shipped with a gemological report detailing the diamonds characteristics and is appraised for the current market value. The report is assigned a unique serial number for authentication and signed by a master gemologist.
If requested, McQueen Jewelry can fax the certificate to your insurance company on your behalf so that your purchase will be insured at the time you receive your item.
Each item is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped via UPS®, FedEx®, or USPS®, with a signature requirement to ensure that your jewelry purchase arrives safely at your door. Your order will arrive in a discreetly marked package so your secret will be safe. Expedited shipping arrangements are available for an additional fee. We also offer free USPS First-Class Mail shipping on all purchases being shipped within the continental United States.
